Return Policy


  • Please review the instructions below and initiate the return or exchange by emailing
  • A prepaid shipping label will be provided for your first return or exchange – any subsequent request for return or exchange will be at the customer’s expense
  • Returns must be postmarked no later than 14 days from the date of delivery
  • If a return is in accordance with the ShopNK return policy within 14 days of the delivery date , you will receive a refund which will be credited to original payment method. Refunds will be in the amount of the product price plus taxes but will not include the original shipping costs
  • Please note refunds can take up to 10 business days for processing
  • An order confirmation email must accompany the returned merchandise in order for a refund to be processed
  • Products eligible for return must be unused and in their original state with all packaging intact
  • We unfortunately are unable to accept returns on FaceTime sessions, cosmetic items, food, and personalized or custom-made products
  • For exchanges, if the new product has a higher cost than the exchanged product, we will charge your credit card for the price difference at the time of the exchange. You will be charged for any associated shipping costs
  • All Sale items are final sale
  • Returning all products will be at your own risk and if you decide to return a product for any reason you must ensure that it is both insured and in appropriate packaging. We will not accept responsibility if an item is lost or damaged during the return process.
